Hello and happy holidays. I have a few dumb questions. With this being listed as new I just want to verify that it is 100 percent complete and unused? Lastly there is a shiny metal spruce that has the chrome pieces attached to it typically. And way you can send me a picture of that as it looks like the pieces are loose inside the baggie. Being the international version it wouldn’t surprise me if that how it looked on the inside of the box. Thanks. Joe
