We Deliver within Canada and the United States. All items are processed within 24 business hours and received within 2-8 business days. We use Canada Post as our method of delivery. However if expedited delivery is required, arrangements can be made to use other services with additional fees to the buyer.
The Buyer is responsible for all duties, taxes and / or import fees that may be charged by your country's customs departments. All Ontario customers will be subject to a 13% HST on top of the item price. This applies to local pickups as well.
You will have 14 days to return your item. Contact the store via email or phone and a free return shipping label will be emailed to you within 24 hours. Pack the item securely, attach the return label and drop it off at any Canada Post.
