Pilot drill bit prevents accidents on cut-through. The high-speed steel cutter is double ended: one end to give a clean wheel, and the other to give a clean hole. This preowned wheel and circle cutter is great shape with few signs of use. The cutting faces appear in good condition and the tool adjusts freely. It does have scuffs/scratches/marks from storage.
