Item: Vintage antique blow torch. Judging by the remains of a decal on the torch's front it may be a Butler Products piece made in Preston Ontario Canada.
Condition: Preowned well used shape. Valve and plunger move freely, beyond that it has not been tested.
Cosmetics: Signs of  use/handling including; scratches, scuffs, marking discoloration minor dings from good honest work.
