With the note that while connected via bluetooth to a Windows 11 computer and playing music from Spotify the battery went down 20% after 3 hours but the music would stop every 10 to 45 minutes is there a problem with the battery and was it fine to play uninterrupted when connected to another device thanks.
Store Response: We cannot say if it is a battery issue, because all we would have to do is go into Spotify and press play and it would start again. It would not disconnect, Spotify would just stop playing.
